New Weapon

In the level were the green ghost scares the guys driving in the truck. Go to were the truck has crashed on the river and right next to it you see lots of items. Pick them up and you also find a weapon that you would like. (You can get back at the monsters for burning you for so long)

Cowboy Hat And Director Commentary

After you've beaten the game and got the prelude level, start a new game. You will begin in the prelude level, watch the inmates infront of you. A crow will land in the corner by the inmates, walk over to it and you will be wearing the hat and hearing the creater tell you why the level was taken out of the game.

Avoiding Lethal Injection

When you are facing off against the animals with the lethal injection on their backs and eyes, you must contantly be dodging the little green dots that come flying. That will make you lose some of your health. Also, if your lucky, when you shoot your gun you can blow up the little needles.

Save Healing Pills

It would be wise to wait until you really need the healing pills. The reason being is if you run out you wont be able to heal again until you find more and you are more likely to die.

Insane Mode

Do not go insane mode if you have low health because you will die. Only use Insane mode when you have no other way to protect yourself.

Hopped Up On Goofballs

First hold R1, L1, and X, while still holding them press Down, Down, Down, R2, Up, Up, Down, Up, and then R2. This will give you full health. If the cheat worked it will say Hopped Up On Goofballs next to your health meter and make a noise. Your health meter will then be full.

Family Pic Bloodied

Resemble The Demon (Be Bloody And Dirty)

Easter eggs

Two Easter Eggs

I have found these while I was going through the game. On the level you enter the Quarry, before going down the steps and into the first pit, there is a shack you can go into. When you walk in, directly to your right are two boxes sitting on a TNT crate. Using your pistol, break the two boxes on top. DO NOT SHOOT THE TNT! It will explode and you will not be able to hear this easter egg. In one of those boxes is a phone. Pick it up to hear a line from the movie The Birds. The second one is in the World War II Fort. The room you're looking for is hidden behind some boxes, so break them and head in. You'll know if you're in the right room if there are three phones on a desk. Pick the red one up to hear a girl say "You will die in seven days. " An obvious The Ring reference.

Glitches

Flashlight Glitch

During gameplay turn on your flashlight, waste ALL the power, keep it on, save game, reload game from menu, your flashlight will come back on.
